HOW TO IDENTIFY A WOODEN JOIST CONDITION?

To identify a wooden joist in bad condition, look for signs of rot, insect damage, moisture infiltration. These include sagging or uneven floors, visible rot or decay, and loose or missing fasteners. Also, listen for creaking or popping sounds when walking on the deck or floor.

ROOF INSPECTION

A comprehensive inspection of electrical, gas, and water conduits was conducted in connection with the installation of new HVAC units. The objective was to verify compliance with the Florida Building Code (FBC) and to propose corrective measures to ensure all existing and newly installed systems meet applicable safety and code requirements.

BALCONY & WINDOW ANCHORAGE INSPECTION FOR BUILDING RECERTIFICATION
